Gold Frost Cold Room Panels Technical Specifications

Cold room panels are made of polyurethane (PU) material with a density of 42 kg/m³ (±2) and have B2 class non-flammability feature according to TS EN 13501-1 standard. These panels can be easily connected to each other in the form of a jigsaw puzzle and can be disassembled when needed. Wall and ceiling panels are available in different thicknesses such as 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm and 200 mm. Their width is 100 cm and can be produced in lengths determined according to customer demands.

The inner and outer surfaces of the wall panels are coated with 0.50 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and painted with RAL 9002 authentic polyester colour. Cold room panels have smooth and hygienic surfaces, so they can be easily cleaned. Due to their high hygiene standards, they are widely preferred in areas such as hospitals, markets and pharmacies.

Cold room panels increase energy efficiency by preventing heat loss with their special designs and optional accessories. This feature both maintains the internal temperature regulation of cold rooms and reduces operating costs.
