Gold Frost Cold Room Panels Features
Cold room panels are made of polyurethane (PU) material with a density of 42 kg/m³ (±2) and have B2 class non-flammability according to TS EN 13501-1 standard. These panels can be installed by connecting each other with a jigsaw system and can be disassembled when necessary. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in different thicknesses such as 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm and 200 mm. The width of the panels is 100 cm and can be produced in specified lengths upon request.
The inner and outer surfaces of the wall panels are covered with 0.50 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and painted with RAL 9002 authentic polyester colour. Depending on the intended use, wall and ceiling panels can be produced with different materials such as Cr-Ni, PVC, Galvanised and Polyester. Cold room panels are hygienic, easy to clean and bacteria-free thanks to their smooth surfaces. Due to these features, it offers ideal solutions especially for hygienic environments such as hospitals.
Cold room panels provide maximum efficiency by minimising heat loss with special designs and accessories according to user demands.
