In panel production, galvanized metal sheets are used for the bottom surface and plywood for the top surface. The insulation core of these panels is produced by chemical injection at a density of 42 (+/-2) and camlocks are added just before the injection process. During injection, the panels are pressed to ensure high durability and efficiency. Different thickness options are available and optionally CrNi coating can be applied to the plywood surface. This special production method guarantees long life and high performance of the panel.
