Gold Frost Cold Room Panels Technical Specifications

Our cold room panels are made of polyurethane (PU) material with a density of 42 kg/m³ (±2) and have B2 class non-flammability feature in accordance with TS EN 13501-1 standard. These panels are easily assembled with a jigsaw puzzle system and fixed with an eccentric locking mechanism. They can also be easily disassembled when necessary. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in different thicknesses such as 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm and 200 mm. The standard width is 111 cm and can be produced in lengths up to 12 meters upon request.

The inner and outer surfaces of the wall panels are coated with 0.50 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and painted with RAL 9002 polyester color. Depending on the intended use, wall and ceiling panels can also be produced with materials such as Cr-Ni, PVC, Galvanized or Polyester. Cold room panels are hygienic with their smooth surfaces and can be easily cleaned. Due to these features, they are especially preferred in places where hygienic conditions are important such as hospitals, markets and pharmaceutical warehouses.

Cold room panels increase energy efficiency by preventing heat loss with their special designs and various accessory options, thus reducing the costs of businesses and providing optimum temperature control.
