An air suspension system (monorail) is often used in red meat transportation. The monorail system provides excellent insulation and facilitates the transportation of heavy loads. In this system, the covers of sliding and hinged doors are PVC framed as standard. Optionally, CrNi coating can be applied on aluminum or PVC.
The inner and outer sheet thickness of the insulated monorail channel wings is 0.5 mm and the sheet has RAL 9002 color code. The wing surface can be optionally coated with PVC or CrNi materials. The insulation chemical density of the door leaf varies between 42-45 gr/cm3. Standard door leaf thicknesses are 6.8 cm for cold rooms and 9.2 cm for freezer rooms.
This system can be customized for each project, so doors are manufactured in accordance with existing project concepts.
