A monorail system (air suspension system) is usually used to transport red meat products from outside to inside. Although the insulation of the monorail system is maximized, it is quite easy to transport heavy loads.
For proper operation of the monorail system, the covers of sliding and hinged doors are made of PVC or anodized aluminum material. Insulated monorail channel wings are manufactured by injection of 42 (+/-2) density polyurethane between two metal sheets with “mono block painted sheet RAL 9002”, Cr-Ni or PVC coating options.
Since this system can be shaped specifically for each project, the doors are customized and manufactured according to the existing project concepts.
